Lead Time:
We require 2 business days to process your order.  For rush orders, please contact us directly. 

Holiday Lead Time:
During the holidays, we require 4 business days to process your order. For rush orders, please contact us directly.

Driver Delivery Area:
We will provide driver delivery service within 20 miles of West Hills, CA for a rate of $0.54 per mile based on round-trip miles. Distances beyond 20 miles will incur an additional charge. 

Shipping:
DUE TO COVID-19, USPS IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN TRANSIT OF UP TO 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.  USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 days estimated. USPS does not guarantee shipping estimates. We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter on your order form. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

Orders:
Orders normally ship within 2 business days.  Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. PST are treated as having been placed on the next business day. We have no control over delivery timeframes once the products leave our bakery.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are estimates. Your credit card will reflect the actual charge. Any shipping charge specials are valid only for shipments within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
