Sales:
Walter’s Cookies sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please call to check on the availability of shipping to other areas.

Shipping:
We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter on your order form. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned because of an incorrect or insufficient address. We also require the telephone number where the package is to be delivered.

Orders:
Orders normally ship within 2 business days.  Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. PST are treated as having been placed on the next business day. We have no control over delivery timeframes once the products leave our bakery. 

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are estimates. Your credit card will reflect the actual charge. Any shipping charge specials are valid only for shipments within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Coupon Codes:
From time to time, Walter’s Cookies may offer Coupon Codes. If you wish to use a Coupon Code, then you must enter it in the Coupon Code box when placing your order. Any discount will automatically be calculated. Coupon Codes may not be combined.

Payment:
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Once placed, on-line orders cannot be cancelled, so be sure that you are ordering the correct product and correct quantity before submitting your order.

No Returns or Exchanges:
Because we are selling food products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of on-line purchases. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us.

No Warranty or Guarantee of Accuracy:
Neither Walter’s Cookies nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
